In health and fitness, I’ve struggled harder than I’ve ever let anyone know...like a lot of women. Each woman’s personal blueprint of what works in health and fitness is entirely different. We have to roll with it, with our very best intention and effort. I spend my days working with and encouraging women that have tremendous courage to try. These women show up and see what happens if they truly don’t give up. Continual days of this...repetition, practice, success, failure takes a lot of patience. Results can be slow, and not feel exactly worth your level of effort at times. But, you must go into it, knowing this and facing this. Your results will come.
I apply that same level of intention= effort in my job with my clients, to seek out and define individual blueprints.
